3rd Sector Estates is a recognised charity whose purpose is to find and then promote empty property for other charities to use for their own charitable purposes.

We lease empty properties throughout England and Wales from shops to offices, factories to warehouses, which are all made available to, and exclusively used by recipient charities on a temporary, rent-free basis.

There are thousands of empty properties that could be used by charities on a temporary basis, whilst they wait to be reoccupied.


It is this valuable resource that 3rd Sector Estates endeavours to make available to as many charities as possible to use for their own charitable purpose, which will in turn prevent the properties from falling into disrepair and vulnerable to squatters or vandalism.
